Copyright for all images produced by Timothy Stringer Photography are retained by Timothy Stringer Photography. By hiring Timothy Stringer Photography you are purchasing a limited use license for the use of images for the promotion and sale of one specific property. You many use images in MLS listings, in marketing brochures and advertising for that property. You may also use images in brochures designed to promote you the agent. You may not sell, lend or lease any image produced by Timothy Stringer Photography. When a listing transaction is concluded or taken off the market, your images license is terminated. Images may remain in the original MLS listing but may not be used for any other listing by any other agent. License for use of images is granted to one agent or agent team. License does not apply to a brokerage. Copyright may be purchased for $50 in United States currency per image. Timothy Stringer Photography reserves the right to not sell copyright for any image.

Registration

During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). Additionally you will be asked to upload information about your brokerage and to provide contact information to be included in marketing materials that are made available to you. Contact information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest or ordered.

Sharing

We do not share aggregated or indiviual demographic information. With the exception of HD Photo Hub we will not share your information

Security

The type of information you will be asked for is your name, address, email, phone number, and for invoicing purposes your credit card number. Credit card numbers are not stored by this site or its owner. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe which has its own privacy policy. Information gathered is for the express purpose of fulfilling orders and providing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and property websites.

Cookies

We may use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.
